Assignment: IT Project Manager at Volvo Group IT.Volvo Group IT has provided a platform to support Volvo business in their online sales. Using this platform several initiatives has been developed. The platform is built on Microsoft commerce server. The eCom platform is integrated to other Volvo systems like DMS and other data sources. 2014-2020 I managed several software development projects within e-Commerce for Volvo CE, Volvo Penta, Wireless Car and Volvo Trucks. I had a budget between 5 -20 MSEK and a team size of 8 to 16 employees. The projects were either creating new webshops for new or existitng customers with integrations towards underlying systems like DMS , pricing, stock quantity or projects to enhance already existitng webshops.I was accountable for budget, quality, delivery on time and reporting to project steering committee. 2012-2014 Product manager eCom. I was responsible for runtime cost and maintenance of Volvo Group IT eCom solutions.As Product manager I was also responsible for the receiving part of the handover process from the projects to the operational organisation. I had a yearly budget of 8–12 MSEK and a team of 8 employees. I was accountable for SLA, KPI, budget, quality and delivery on time.

Assignment: Project manager CMS replacement project at TeliaSonera ABTeliaSonera support their Swedish users via telia.se. At telia.se a user can get support, do trouble shooting, get news, information on data traffic issues etc. TeliaSonera also use this online channel to promote campaigns and sales. To manage the content on the site an in-house CMS is used. I managed the CMS replacement project. The objective was to replace the old CMS with a new CMS supplied by 3rd party, Magnolia. I had a project budget of 8 MSEK and a team of 5 employees. I was accountable for budget, quality, delivery on time and reporting to project steering committee.Assignment: IT Project Manager at ABB Robotics ABAt ABB Robotics a system called Remote Service is used to surveil the ABB robots located on site at customers. Remote Service communicate with the robots via 3G network and monitor the health of the robot. Remote service schedule maintenance and repair for a robot and sends out spare parts and a mechanic if needed. I managed a robot surveillance software development project with a budget of 4 MSEK and a team consting of 5 employees. I was ccountable for budget, quality, delivery on time and reporting to project steering committee.Assignment: Software tester at Ericsson National Security & Public SafetyEricsson provides a system the SOS alarm (112) called CoordCom. This system is used by the personnel at SOS alarm. I was responsible for verification of specific functions of the CoordCom solution.

A+ Science Enrolment used the system POINT developed by Nordic Management of Clinical Trials (below). I managed a pre-study for a clinical trial with support from POINT. I was accountable for budget, quality and delivery on time.I had a budget of 600 KSEK and reported to project steering committee.

Nordic Management of Clinical Trials AB (NMCT) developed a system, POINT, to give data support to clinical trials. POINT has capabilities like booking a patient to a visit at the clinic, storing medical data (CRF) and evaluate the patients based on the medical data. 2004-2008 I managed several software development projects in POINT to fit the clinical trials at customer sites. The customers were large pharmaceutical companies.I had a budget of 10 – 20 MSEK and a team of 6-15 employees. I was accountable for budget, quality, delivery on time and reporting to project steering committee. 2000-2004 I worked as a software developer in POINT in several projects. I developed in JAVA and SQL and were responsible for estimations, development and verification.

Ericsson developed a system, SMAS (Service Management Application System). This system was used to create tele services like tele voting and pre-paid calls.I worked as a software developer in several development projects in SMAS. I developed in C, C++, JAVA and SQL and I was responsible for estimations, development and verification
