Reporting to the Board - P/L of 230m SEK - 65 Employees The BergWire Group consists of 5 companies: 3 production sites, one warehouse/sales company and the holding company. The group specializes in wire drawing and has a broad portfolio of both products and customers. Responsibilities- As CEO for the group and MD for both Pacwire (PW) in Söråker, Sweden and BergWire GmbH in Lemgo, Germany I have been responsible for all group and site Operations including 3 factories in Sweden, Warehousing in Sweden & Germany, as well as Business and Product Development for the global business. - Member of the Board of Directors, acting as the main point of communication between the Board (including company owners) and on-site management teams.- Management of Human Resources including Recruitment, Training & Development- Responsible for Sourcing & Purchasing of wire rod and electric power supply for the group. The wire rod and electric power supply are the main cost drivers in wire drawing and stands for ≈70% of total cost (≈20m€).- For PW, I have also been responsible for the Sales & Marketing for non-European customers.

Responsible for Operations within Schottel for specialist projects across Europe & the Americas.- Leading & directing projects & teams requiring senior management involvement - Developing & implementing new lean processes for production between international Schottel entities to maximise local strengths & global supply efficiencies - Initiation, training & implementation of 5S within US workshop - Technical adviser for Schottel’s Warranty/Claim Management team - Supported Schottel US across varied Technical & Commercial issues - Contributed to development of new production, sales & service strategies - Owner/Shipyard/Operator visits with technical discussion & negotiations & stakeholder management.

Reporting to the Board - P/L of 44m EUR - 110 Employees CAT Propulsion is one of the world’s leading designers and producers of controllable pitch propellers. Responsibilities- As MD for the production company in Singapore I was responsible for managing overall Operations, including factory and warehouse, Quality, Application Engineering, Human Resources and Training & Development. - Member of CAT Propulsion Production Ltd Board of Directors, acting as the main point of communication between the Board and the management team. - Responsible for sourcing major cast and forged components from Singapore, Malaysia, China, Japan, Korea and Australia. Leading collaborative inter-country projects with successful improvements to operational efficiencies. - During a downturn in business, I took on the additional role of Global Contract Manager with my main target to control CAT production in both Sweden and Singapore, introducing production of equipment only for orders where a vessel was built.

Reporting to the Board - P/L of 71m CNY - 95 Employees Cedervall, a global market leader in the production of line shaft bearings, sterntubes and sterntube seals was sold to Wartsila in 2011 and operates today under the Wartsila name. Responsibilities- As MD in China, I was responsible for managing the overall Operations including factory and warehouse, Quality, Contract Management, Sales, Service, Human Resources including Recruitment and Training & Development. - Member of the Board of Directors and acting as the main point of communication between the Board (including the owners) and the management team. - Building and leading collaborative projects between China, Spain and Sweden - Sourcing and purchase of new machines for the workshop- Sourcing of raw materials for China and Cedervall’s workshops in Sweden and Spain

Reporting to President - P/L of 20m USD - 32 Employees Rolls-Royce is a global company, providing integrated power solutions to the aerospace and marine/industrial power systems markets. Rolls-Royce Commercial Marine in Florida worked with all products in the RRCM portfolio but focused on Controllable Pitch Propellers, Thrusters, Deck Machinery and Stabilizers. Responsibilities- As VP in US, I was responsible for managing the overall Operations, including Repair & Service workshop and warehouse, Quality, Sales – New, Aftermarket & Spare Parts, Human Resources and Training & Development.- Member of North America Management team, acting as the main point of communication between the President RR US Marine and the on-site management team.

Reporting to President - P/L of 450m SEK - 80 Employees Responsibilities- As VP in Sweden, I was responsible for the overall Operations, including including Repair & Service workshop and warehouse, Quality, Sales – Aftermarket & Spare Parts, Human Resources and Training & Development.- Member of Global Aftermarket Management team and local Site Management team, acting as the main point of communication in the matrix organisation between the President RR Aftermarket, the Site Management and the Aftermarket Management Team in Sweden
