As a design leader, I enable organizations to create climate action at scale.I help organizations identify opportunities for sustainable innovation, bring to life planet-friendly products and services, and ensure they scale and grow their positive social impact. This leverages my expertise in building and managing teams with skills in UX/UI, brand, and business strategy.Over the last decade, I co-founded and have managed SocioFabrica, an award-winning user experience design agency. I have led our agency teams to build innovative product experiences from the ground up, launch new services to increase addressable market and optimize branding and digital marketing for clients including Nespresso, IBM and NTT. As a systems thinker and natural facilitator, I partnered with organizations to help build trust and catalyze economic development in post-Katrina New Orleans through NOLABA, improve access to quality maternal healthcare through Ruth Health, and scale impact of regenerative agriculture through Farm From A Box (work which earned a Shorty Award for Social Good and was featured in AdWeek). Along the way, I hand-built a highly-engaged staff of researchers, strategists, designers and front-end developers, along with processes for effective collaboration across disciplines. Previously, I worked at global consulting firms advising companies in creative strategy, experience design, branding and innovation. I had the opportunity to craft the design strategy to help PwC launch their non-financial assurance and sustainability reporting services, design the brand experience for pioneering EV Better Place and developed California Public Utilities Commission’s Engage 360 brand, an education initiative dedicated to reducing the energy consumption of over 10M households in California.
