Responsible for development, execution and management of computing and information technology strategies of the company.AchievementsSuccessfully developed and implemented a global IT strategy for Nord-Lock Group, transforming 15+ independent IT operations into one common IT operation. Created and successfully migrated all employees and functions into a common service catalog based on Microsoft cloud services, mirroring business processes in an integrated functional IT delivery. Today the delivery covers and fully utilizes, besides infrastructure functions, also a full spectrum of functions like CRM, BI and e-commerce. Nord-Lock is today one of few manufacturing groups globally to fully utilize the power of Microsoft cloud services. Now Nord-Lock IT delivers an agile, flexible and predictable IT function, enabling the company to focus on growth and expansion.

Responsibilities• Manage Customer Service IT budget.• Secure IT resource delivery for Customer Services projects and operations.• Plan and coordinate Customer Services Information Systems Capability roadmap. • Manage a cross functional Information Systems Governance Management team including five Capability Managers and one Information Architect. • Secure monitoring of IT delivery and performance according to the SLAs signed with IT. • Secure maintenance and development of the Customer Service Information Systems architecture blue-print.

• Process owner and Manager for production information flow from all SonyEricsson and outsourced manufacturing sites to SonyEricsson Sourcing, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Services Organizations.• As SonyEricsson representative, mediate the demands to the outsourced production suppliers. • Evaluate the coherence of the demands vs. the delivery and on the monthly basis set the supplier KPI for the PSI. KPI consist of the quality of the information delivery vs. the actual production and, the cooperation of the suppliers organization in accordance to SonyEricsson set standards.• Coordinate and supervise implementation, PM of new production sites from PSI stand point.• Responsible for strategic development of information producing processes to increase information quality to shorten lead times and lower the size need of the inventories at the production sites.Achievements• Implemented, as business responsible, automated production and sourcing reporting on daily basis with all necessary organizational processes both at SEMC factories and outsourced factories as well as within SEMC Supply and Sourcing organizations. All together 39 factories on 4 continents.

Responsibilities• Global owner of the SonyEricsson IT communication networks and processes.• Budget (around 5 million €) ownership for external communication agreements.• Perform purchasing process for all IT connections globally which included more then 50 countries and large amount of suppliers. Achievements• Renegotiated WAN Framework Agreement lowering the WAN costs with about 20% at the same time with largely increased SLA. • Negotiated and implemented the support framework for MPLS based WAN.
