Responsible for the organisation in Spain and Portugal of PaulGunther AG.At my start we were working with an agent, i was responsible for building our own organisation in these countries as Interim General Manager.

I was P&L responsible for this company and its activities.Flexline BV is a privatly held building and construction company that prefabricates residential buildings.

As commercial manager i was responsible for the sales and marketing.Also i was actively involved in the turn around proces and innovating projects like 3D Calculations. For that last issue i was also the project manager.The turn around proces was started up to change from doing tenders to building owned and risk carrying project developments.This company is part of the Group ASVB (aan de stegge).

As regional manager i was responsible for the region South and East Netherlands.We had three subsidiaries in this region. All with their own staff, depot and equipment.In addition I accepted the role of Total Quality Facilitator.TQM helped us to improve customer satisfaction and create better procedures.
