Estimation Engineer in FM Department, Fawaz Trading & Engineering Services Sharjah, UAE

● Specialized in Saudi Aramco projects & standards. ● Installation of Chilled water & DX System (ACCU / AHU & PACU) projects with DDC Panels.● BOQ Preparation based on standards, drawings & site conditions● Preparation & evaluation of Method statements.● Schedule & execution of project within the time limit committed with client.● Coordination with the procurement team during the execution stage & monitored material delivery to the work site.● Daily Site Supervision & technical coordination with the clients and ensure the quality of the project● Monitoring & ensuring the commissioning of HVAC System prior to project handover.● Pre & Post Project Evaluation.● Preparation & Submission of Projects Handover documents including Technical Submittals.

● HVAC Design & Optimization – AutoCAD / Revit MEP● Heat Load calculations, Sizing, lay outing of MEP system with Revit-MEP & Other supporting software.● Preparation of SLD with AutoCAD.● Review Contractor’s installation method statements.● Review Contractor’s shop drawings & technical submittals prior to execution.● Participate in Project discussions, presentations with clients & contractors.● Monitoring Project Management & Execution.
