My husband Pete and I founded SDC in 2013, driven by our shared vision to build something transformative in the American spirits industry.What began as a bold entrepreneurial venture has grown into one of the nation's premier mid-tier contract distilling facilities. We now produce up to 25,000 barrels annually with capacity to scale to 130,000, supporting over 150 global clients in crafting their unique bourbon, rye whiskey, and American single malt products.Our success stems from an unwavering commitment to quality and innovation. We're a grain-to-glass operation, using regenerative agriculture and sourcing most of our grains within 20 miles of our North Carolina facility.
