Current- Search and analyse all potential and perspective licensing brands. Handle allwritten and verbal communication to reach the company's targets and widenthe presence of international brands within the market.
- Analyse, forecast and report quarterly on the financial and sales volumeperformance.
- Negotiate all the financial and legal terms & conditions with the currentand potential new partners. Agreement signing and payment processmaintenance.
- Handle the entire product approval process by meeting the contractualobligations of each brand starting from the draft idea up to the market launch.
- Experience and cooperate in launching products to the market, includingcommunications with the retailer and collating feedbacks.
- Lead and control all the internal manufacturer audit requests and processes(Disney, NBCU).
