I began my career as a copywriter at TV Globo, working on calls for feature films and soap operas (novelas). There I learned to pay attention to the smallest details in terms of technical quality and how to win over different audiences for diverse content. TV Cultura, on the other hand, was the place that gave me the sense to continue in audiovisual creation and where I made deep and lasting friendships. Among the programs I've worked on, I'd like to highlight “Matéria Prima”, presented live by Serginho Groisman. After a spell in Germany, where I did an internship at the [now called] SWR - Südwestrundfunk to know more about European production dynamics, I returned to Brazil, where a new feature of my career took shape: the implementation of new programs. Thus, I contributed to the formatting of the famous fashion designer Clodovil's talk-show on TV Manchete, which later became the current Rede TV - the station I saw come to life in 1999, actively participating in the implementation of a schedule of around 15 programs. This period was a test of endurance for many employees and, with a minimal structure, I coordinated one of the teams that took turns producing and recording “Galera da TV”, a children's fiction series created and directed by award-winning director Anna Muylaert (The Second Mother).I also led the teams for two game-shows created by the Danish company ITE (Interactive Television Entertainment), licensed in Brazil by Herbert Richers: Hugo Game for CNT/Gazeta, and Garganta e Torcicolo for MTV, presented by the punk singer João Gordo. Totally innovative because they were games in which viewers participated live via telephone, these humorous and dynamic programs were an absolute hit with the pre-teen audience. During this period, I also had my two children and a new door began to open in my audiovisual career: sharing knowledge. I went on to teach subjects related to audiovisual production, did a postgraduate course in educational technology and a master's degree in communication where I studied the expression of media convergence in cell phones. In 2010, I was invited to become the new representative of Deutsche Welle in Brazil. A whole new world for me—a business world. However, my experience in production was crucial to expand the range of stakeholders:. Over the past 12 years, we have worked together to win over hundreds of partners and content buyers through cooperative projects, visits to fairs, special events, and support for producing documentaries. An inspiring journey that brought me to Europe and explore new opportunities.
