I was responsible for contract management, product development, management reports, contracting new business partners. Within the team we were working on national roaming contracts and wholesale SMS contracts.

As a member of small channel mng team i was responsible for external sales management, which include acquiring new sales force, campaign setup, business process and product training, online and offline sales support, invoicing of indirect sales partners (D2D sales force, call centers). We served to 1 Mio of retail end users and 40.000 of SME partners.
