This includes an MDM solution for a new corporate mobile solution. Implementation of new Finance accounting system replacing a legacy system. Rationalisation of standard kit and introduction of IT equipment refresh to smooth CAPEX spend. Exiting Multiple Services Providers replaced with in-house expertise to drive consistency, synergy and cost savings. A move to the cloud to fully utilise benefits of a cloud-based infrastructure with resilience. Developed and delivered Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans, introducing risk management-based planning for potential disaster situations with scenario testing.

Head of Business Systems for the £300m UK rail business of Bouygues SA reporting to the UK Finance Director.
