- Responsible for Complaints (customer, internal and intercompany)- Coordinate Stock checks and extra Labo tests in response to complaints- Organise and lead weekly meetings with production leaders and engineering- Make reports for customers in funtion of their needs ( 8D,...)- Responsibe and first contact for Quality in our ESC (European Service Center)- Ultrasonic controls (support production)- Set up Ultrasonic processes

- Perform Labo tests ( MRI, DSC, viscosity, moisture test,...)- Certificates (handling, checking,...)- ISO 9001/2008 - ISO13485 (certified to persume internal audits)- Production controls (check production documents, measurements,...)- Ultrasonic controls- Set up Ultrasonic processes

- Follow the process with the customer. - Problemsolving- Daily checking the products delivered to VCG- Organise line controls at VCG
