About Sven Malchow, Ph.D.

Immunologist/Biochemist with research experience in developing, validating and executing T-cell in vivo analyses in genetically driven mouse models of autochthonous cancer that have identified a novel immune modulatory mechanism for regulatory T-cell development. Currently performing studies to identify T-cell specificities and the overlapping immunogenicity in the shared context of autoimmunity, maintenance of immune homeostasis and suppression of antitumor immune responses for advanced targeted immuno-therapies. Expert in regulatory T-cell biology. Expertise in cytokine signaling and inflammation in murine models of autoimmunity. Experience working with multicolor flow cytometry, cell sorting and proteomic techniques including ELISA.
