As a freelance IT instructor, I hold IT-related courses as part of the vocational training of certified IT business engineers and other IT professionals and conduct seminars for Of- fice applications on behalf of international and mid-sized companies. All teaching ses- sions are designed individually for the targeted audience. Teaching materials, exercises and tests are designed and being produced by myself.As a teacher for the English language, I also hold classes in English for students who want to brush up their school English and need to acquire specialized vocabulary and specific phrases for business purposes and IT. Holding a Certificate of Proficiency in English and my experience on multiple international projects are useful when students need to be prepared for the TOEIC or other certifications.

My responsibilities included the design and implementation of pre-billing applications in international IT outsourcing projects. My work comprised the design of contractually agreed processes in consultation with customer and service provider, the engeneering of requirements, design of algorithms and data models, management of implementation including responsibility for time & budget, design and execution of software tests in preparation of acceptance by both customer and service provider.
