As the founder, owner, and chef baker of Baker's Kitchen Destination, I create products that not only smell, look, and taste great, but also improve health and quality of life. I have a passion for developing sourdough breads and other products that are beneficial for people with various dietary needs and preferences, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, keto, and more.I use only natural, organic, and green ingredients, sourced from Europe, and filter, renature, and energize the water I use for baking. I do not use any chemicals, sugar, or additives that compromise the nutritional value or flavor of my products. I also have a background in project management from university, and I apply my skills to manage my business, train other bakers, and franchise my brand. My goal is to promote a positive impact on people's health and well-being through healthy baking.
