As the Project Assistant for Partner Sessions, I coordinate engaging experiences for our partners at the annual event and throughout the year. I’m a main contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.I manage email campaigns to keep partners informed and organize networking events that strengthen our community ties. My role includes planning logistics and content for sessions in Alpbach and Vienna, as well as implementing digital tools to enhance our events.This diverse position has sharpened my organizational and communication skills in a dynamic environment.

During my internship, I provided customer support for the EFA23 ticket shop as part of the Operations team. I assisted participants with ticket purchases, resolved inquiries, and offered technical troubleshooting for a smooth registration experience. I also contributed to enhancing the ticketing system by identifying improvements.In addition to Operations, I collaborated with public institutions and corporate partners within the Unit Communities, helping to strengthen their engagement with the Forum. This experience deepened my skills in stakeholder management and communication in the context of a high-profile international event.

I focused on sales and sponsorship to secure partnerships, while also updating the company website and enhancing our social media strategies for better event visibility.I drafted and proofread various documents, ensuring quality and consistency across presentations, newsletters, and promotional materials. Additionally, I managed customer relationships and maintained the client database. This experience enriched my skills in event organization, communications, and client management in a fast-paced environment.

During my university studies, I gained extensive experience working as a barkeeper and service staff at various establishments. I started at Project Nightclub in Innsbruck, where I worked as a barkeeper in a high-energy nightclub environment. My responsibilities included preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and beverages, managing high-volume orders during peak hours, and ensuring the bar area was clean and organized. I developed strong multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure, contributing to a positive customer experience.After moving to Vienna, I continued my hospitality career at Café Benno, where I primarily worked in table service. My role involved taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. I also assisted with bar service during busy times. Later, I joined Propeller, where I worked a balanced mix of bar service and table service. I took on additional responsibilities such as providing barista services during brunch, managing daily accounting, and performing mis en place to ensure readiness for service. I also trained and supervised new hires, helping them integrate into the team and develop their skills. Across all roles, I consistently demonstrated strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.

I worked self-employed, performing at a variety of venues mostly across Innsbruck, but also in Vienna and Munich. My sets covered a diverse range of music styles, including disco, house, techno, trance, and gabber. I held a monthly residency at Project Nightclub in Innsbruck, where I played a loyal crowd and honed my skills in creating dynamic and engaging atmospheres tailored the audience. My experience playing at various locations provided me with the ability to adapt to different crowd preferences and settings, ensuring a memorable experience all night long.In addition to performing, I organized events from start to finish, managing a wide variety of aspects from planning to execution. For smaller events, such as weddings and business events, I independently handled everything from client consultations to music selection and logistics. I also collaborated in a collective called Yakamoz, where I became part of a group that planned and executed larger events in diverse venues. Through these experiences, I gained valuable insights into the events sector, including venue coordination, sound system management, and event promotion. My role in both performing and organizing events helped me develop project management skills and a good understanding of the entertainment industry.
