Starting Up a new SynLawn franchise in Austin and San Antonio, Responsible for Sales and Installations of Dave Pelz Putting Greens

I am responsible for design, manufacturing testing and implementing along with Dave and Eddie Pelz of new training aids and products. Products I developed are the Putting Tutor, Pelz Wedges, PelzMeter, Teacher Pointer, OBalls, Oball Putters, as well as many confidential products in development today. I am also responsible for updating the manufacturing, testing procedures, packaging and materials of our current product line. I am a member of the Pelz Golf Institute which is the research and testing wing of Pelz Golf. I am also responsible for the Custom Club making and fitting for both our Custom Pelz Wedges, our Bobby Jones Pelz Wedges and our New Pelz Oball Modified Putters. I am also involved in keeping our 3day schools up and running efficiently and effectively. I also am responsible for photo and video shoots, color correction and layout of the 10 Minutes a Day to Better Putting, Damage Control, and 10 Most Feared Shots in Golf books. I also have a couple of appearances on the Golf Channel.

Responsible for Design and layout of all packaging and advertising for large Frozen Gourmet Italian Food company. Directed product photo shoots and followed all products through to production.

Digital Pre-Press Specialist, Fine Art Printmaker: Responsible for Digital Press pre-flight and ran AGFA Digital press in emergencies. I produced fine art reproductions for many Santa Fe and Albuquerque Artists. I was in Albuquerque so my wife could attend Acupuncture School.

Responsible for all printed and advertising materials, for a large Broker/Dealer firm. Responsibilities included photo shoot direction, design layout and color correction through to press checking. I personally replaced an antiquated team of three graphic designers, and ran the entire art department single handed. Before becoming art director I was and HR assistant and was also Facilities and Security Director.
