Stakeholder Management & Berlin HUB supports Deutsche Börse Group's strategic objectives by maintaining contact with a broad stakeholder base through various communication formats and events as well as through memberships in professional associations and networks.

The Cash Market, Pre-IPO & Growth Financing Division has a particular public, social and political relevance for Deutsche Börse Group. It is the mandate of Community Development to nurture, promote and further develop this special role. The Department positions Cash Market, Pre-IPO & Growth Financing across all target groups – directly or in collaboration with other areas of Deutsche Börse Group. It is for Community Development to develop and share themes and key messages for the Division and its products and to ensure a persuasive and consistent internal and public image.

Community Relations & Initiatives is responsible for the positioning of the Division Cash Market, Pre-IPO & Growth Financing among different target groups. Besides the public, communication related dimension of the mandate, it is the task to conceptualize and steer strategic initiatives, e.g. with the ambition to improve equity culture and to foster economic education.

Boards & Committees DBAG oversees the organisation, implementation and documentation of all key internal and external bodies as well as the Annual General Meeting of Deutsche Börse AG and acts as the central contact for the Supervisory Board, the Management Board and the employees of Deutsche Börse AG.

Issues Management & Central Support centrally coordinates the issues management process for Deutsche Börse Group's political environment.

The DIN Standards Committee Finance (NAFin) at DIN Deutsches Institut für Normung e. V. is responsible for national standardization and represents German standardization interests at European (CEN) and international (ISO) level in the field of finance. It is responsible for the strategic and content-related coordination of work, including the areas of finance and insurance, sustainability reporting and digitalization in the financial sector. These also include consultation, contracting, and conformance, including the assessment and assignment of new standardization fields and application areas (e.g., AI in finance).

Frankfurt Main Finance was founded in 2008 as the voice of the financial centre Frankfurt in Germany and the Eurozone. Frankfurt Main Finance has more than 75 members, including the state of Hesse, the cities of Frankfurt and neighbouring Eschborn and Offenbach, numerous well known financial market players and their service providers, as well as private and public universities and research institutions. With their membership, they all express their close ties to the financial centre as well as their will to position Frankfurt as a first-rate national and international financial centre. Frankfurt Main Finance pools the strengths of the players in the financial centre, markets the location and creates top-class dialogue platforms. The Szanding Committee prepares the decisions of the Board.

The Bündnis Ökonomische Bildung Deutschland (Alliance for Economic Education Germany) is an initiative supported by teachers, associations, foundations, academia and business. The alliance is committed to ensuring that economic education is anchored in all secondary schools in Germany - to an appropriate extent, in a well-founded and objective manner and mandatory for all pupils. Important goals include improving the professional qualifications of teachers and networking the relevant players in the field of economic education in Germany.

Bling was founded in Berlin in June 2021. The family fintech offers family-friendly digital solutions in the areas of payment, investment and mobile communications. Bling's mission is to improve the financial and media literacy of children and families and therefore focuses on simple visualisations and educational information in the app and on social media. The Education Board oversees product development and advises the Bling team so that financial education can be even more closely integrated into the further development of the family fintech.

The Bundesverband für strukturiere Wertpapiere (BSW) awards the BSW Prize for Business Journalism (formerly the DDV Prize for Business Journalism) in co-operation with Börse Frankfurt, Boerse Stuttgart Group and gettex exchange.
