My responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing partnerships, and ensuring the seamless integration of CCUS technologies into our operations. By leveraging my extensive experience in the cement industry, I am committed to advancing our sustainability goals and fostering synergies across our projects.Together with my team, we are focused on creating impactful solutions that align with Holcim's vision of building a greener future. Our work not only aims to mitigate climate change but also to position Holcim as a leader in sustainable construction practices.

Main responsible for the Project Planning, Tendering, Execution, Commissioning and Start-up of the Decarbonization Project 'C2B-Lägerdorf' (part of Westküste 100), until the hand-over to operations. Lead the Project Team, organize the day-to-day activities and manage all aspects related to H&S, security, costs, schedule, quality, risk and performance.

- Team Lead for the Buckstay Consultants in the international/major CAPEX project GENESIS (TEVA, Ulm). First point of contact for our client.- 'Lead Quality' in the GENESIS project (since 06/2020). Leading an interdisciplinary project team for construction supervision and acceptance of the systems.- Supervision of the AquaVentus working group.- Customer acquisition and offer management.

- Consulting in major CAPEX projects- Contract and Claimmanger in the GENESIS project (TEVA, Ulm). - Implementation and management of digital risk, non-conformance and change management processes

• Project management for national and international clients in the field of tank building.• Responsible for successful project execution, with focus on planning and monitoring time, cost, quality and safety targets. • Lead for Junior Project Managers.

• Project management for large industrial customers in the field of plant, machine and steel construction. • Acquisition of new customers/projects and bid management. • Project-based work on various shipbuilding and offshore projects.

• Responsible for the elaboration of technical concepts and complex, tailor-made solution proposals in the maritime environment. • Project-based work on ship repairs as Site Manager. • Development and elaboration of business processes, with the objective to define a unified B+V offshore standard.

• Construction and FE calculations for new ship designs. • Intact and damage stability calculations for ships. • Diploma Thesis: ‘fatigue strength of shipbuilding crane foundations with complex geometry’.

• Technical assistance of the Fleet Manager in shipbuilding issues.• Development of an EEDI-calculating model for the company fleet.• Analysis and evaluation of vessel-specific data with the aim of developing a model for an optimum speed calculation per ship.

• Member of the site management team (~100 worker) for a major crane repair project.• Responsible for the documentation, approval and quality assurance according to offshore/Vattenfall –standard.• Customer consultations and development of a documentation standard.

Working on lecture tutorials for the Institute of Mechanics and Hydodynamics.

• Insights to yard departments of shipbuilding, locksmith and mechanical engineering.• Study of basic steelwork skills, such as welding, drilling, flame cutting, milling and turning.
