So by gathering information using techniques like mindmapping and brown paper sessions I can develop high level business process models, documented with BPMN.Those documented business processes ease discussions with business to translate their requirements into specifications resulting in low level functional notations (UML 2.x).Project manager: Being PRINCE2 certified allows me to approach projects in a controlled fashion. On the other hand, what can be more beautiful than what the Agile Manifesto tells us: „Individuals and interactions over processes and tools, working software over comprehensive documentation, customer collaboration over contract negotiation, responding to change over following a plan”?
