Kropsterapi hos mig tager udgangspunkt i at krop og psyke hænger uløseligt sammen. Det er forståelsen af at alt hvad vi oplever, både positivt og negativt, lagres i vores krop på forskellig vis. Kropsterapi er baseret på pulserende og dybdegående løsning til muskler og led, åndedrætsteknikker, aku- og zonetryk, mobiliserende led frigørelser .

It started with rehearsals in a living room in Helsingør and a basement in Copenhagen. From here they jumped into many musical styles; everything from Baroque to showtunes, tango, and jazz. The Njord members love to get together to play and dive into the details of the various musical styles. Njord can perform in a variety of contexts. Their repertoire is not only appropriate for classical concerts, but they can also provide music for receptions, outdoor events, and other venues. Njord’s lineup is 2 trumpets/cornets, trombone and tuba.
