I would also implement team-building exercises to help bring the employees together and foster a sense of togetherness within the organization, as well as Personal Development Thursdays which promotes the development of each of the employees within the organization, whether it be professional or personal. I would also be proactive in creating a relaxed corporate culture which would include the promotion of corporate social responsibility because I am a firm believer in giving back to the community that helped foster the organization and what we do.
