Hello, my name is Sven Satyadhara Lohrey. I have been working as a trainer, moderator, and consultant for over 15 years, and in early 2024, I founded my own company, Achtsamkeit Fulda.What drives and motivates me is the search for answers to a simple yet not easily answered question:"How can we design work in such a way that it becomes more than just a mere exchange of performance for money? How can it become a meaningful and enriching part of our lives that enables us to realize our full potential?"Since then, I have encountered several answers that have truly convinced me - in research outlets, in the workplace, in life. Above all, mindfulness, the awake and conscious experience of ourselves in relation to others and to a constantly changing world. I teach and research this key competence in connection with leadership, team development, and collaboration.Authenticity and embodying what I share are central to my approach. Since 2009, I am practicing meditation and mindfulness daily in a Buddhist context and I spend several weeks each year on meditation retreats. During these retreats, I continually learn much about myself and the world, and I see myself as a co-learner, not as a teacher.The connection between my personal experiences and scientific insights provides the necessary objectivity. Having completed a PhD in work psychology, I aim to build bridges between ancient wisdom traditions and current findings in the fields of leadership, positive psychology, and neuroscience.However, what fills me most with a sense of purpose is the exchange within communities and the accompaniment of developmental processes.
