Spearheading 3 major projects simultaneously:Project 1: Improving Fresh Ordering Cycle and Building Auto-Ordering System- Rebuilding Fresh Order cycle with Commercial, Supply Chain and Operations to shorten ordering cycle and improve quality of produce- Piloting auto ordering system with supply chain, store managers and external vendor - Designing program logic with supply chain and external vendor for auto ordering system - Designing business processes to support auto ordering systemProject 2: Fresh Range Analysis and Strategic Positioning - Analysing range performance and customer ‘s behaviours to formulate store clusters and retail strategy - Repositioning brand strategy, building CDT and range offerings - Roll out selected range base on store and brand strategy - Designing tools such as cluster order guide for compliance on Fresh range - Designing SAP processes and business processes to facilitate range clarity and complianceProject 3: Rebranding and Relaunching of Retail Stores- Manage and overlook store rebranding and relaunch for Fresh Departments: Produce, Bakery, Meat, Seafood, Delicatessen and Ready Meals - Coordinate efforts and support both internal and external stakeholders - Performs retail space analysis for Fresh Department to determine retail space - Design store by store fresh department flow with retail space analysis- Review and recommend fresh fixtures to Store Design Team

- Support daily business processes such as price changes, promotions, ordering, allocations, and quantity confirmation with suppliers- Design and program macro to eliminate repetitive job tasks- Supporting team through unforeseen crisis on daily business operations

- Manage and overlook store rebranding and relaunch for Produce and Bakery Departments in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia- Coordinate efforts and align stakeholders across regions - Implement product flow in retail outlets

- Propose and implement SOP for pickers, packers and dispatchers- Redesign data entry with macro to improve work efficiency- Support the set up of picking hubs and conduct trainings of new pickers- Analyse and identify waste in online processes to improve profitability

• Recommended the use of measuring tool to make task easier

• Suggested changes to sequencing of chores to improve efficiency

• Initiated the organisation of drop box folder to allow easy identification and retrieval of data
