Fotofix GmbH is a part of Photo-Me International plc and fully responsible for serving the German Market. Nearly 80 people offer services within photography (Photobooth, Photo Kiosks, Mini-Labs, Biometric Data Processing) and industrial vending solutions (washing stations, washing saloons) from the Krefeld Headquarter or subsidiaries.I was asked to take over the role as Managing Director (ad interim) with the clear focus to restructure the company. I've spent 2,5 days a week for this project.After proposed changes in the organisation and strategy had been approved by the board of photo-me international plc, I was asked to take over the Role as CEO / Managing Director of Fotofix on a fixed employment base to execute the necessary changes.Pinpoints: Establish new company structure, focus on sales; Enter the market for outdoor washing solutions; Develop and execute a plan for biometric data processing in photobooth; Move the Krefeld HQ to new and more cost efficient facilities.
