My role at VILS involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure that our teams are working effectively in meeting the needs of our Life Sciences customers. As part of this responsibility, I manage various operations teams, including human resources and IT. I also work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that support the growth and objectives of the company. My ambition is to drive a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency, and innovation within the company by thinking strategically and developing operational plans that promote these values. Ultimately, my aim is to lead VILS to achieve its full potential and continue to deliver high-quality services to our customers.Coach & Start-up/Scale-up booster: I work typically with individuals to check if their technology-based ideas can grow into early-stage technology start-ups. For young companies, I help them to see their scale-up potential and a path forward. In both cases, I help them to set up the right structure, create the best product/service, find funding, and provide the transparency needed to grow. My involvement usually starts out very early @ the idea phase mentoring and coaching them through the first years of the start-up/scale-up. I then grow into a part-time team/board member or advisor, often combined with an early-stage investment.
