I am a dedicated and development oriented Head of Department with a PhD specialized in Organization and Public Management. With a passion for integrating cutting-edge technologies in public agencies, I currently lead the Financial Audit department with approximately 115 auditors. Prior to this role, I held the position as Head of Datalab at the Financial Management Agency (ESV), where I gained extensive experience in data-driven financial management. My academic journey peaked when my doctoral research at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) was honored with a prestigious Oskar Sillén Prize for best Swedish PhD thesis in Business Administration in 2014. In my session at the OECD, I analyzed the complexities of international regulations for Responsible Business Conduct, contributing to shaping global policy frameworke.
