• Planned and implemented the setup of the EVE Online cluster in Shanghai in 2012(China has its own EVE Online cluster). Setup of the application cluster, SQL Server Cluster and OS and managed communications with CCP’s.
• Spearheaded an initiative to reduce the downtime of EVE Online by up to 50%.
• Performed a variety of performance analytics on SQL server.

• Created a unified system for test plans that were used throughout the department.
• Responsible for creating test plans and executing them, both for existing and new features.
• Handled build processes and deployment to both test and live environments of code, builds and SQL server data.
