TwinScan Factory - Production Support - NXT Troubleshoot - Illumination & Dose ControlHired as part of the second line (last line) support team in the TwinScan Factory where the scanners get assembled, calibrated and tested for the first time before they are send to the customers worldwide. Specific competence is Illumination and Dose Control that is about delivering the right amount of light (DUV) in the correct condition at the right place. Group used to deliver support for both XT and NXT business lines, but this was changed in November 2016 to NXT only.

I was hired to work on the platform of Eindhoven Airport to provides ground services to all airlinecompanies visiting Eindhoven Airport. Some of my tasks are taking care of incoming and outgoingluggage, water- and toilet services, de-icing and leading a small team that provides ground servicesto a visiting airplane.

Invited back after the results of my previous International Internship (see below). This time all my living expenses were reimbursed and I was enabled to expand and refine my previous research work.

International Internship for my Masters at Eindhoven University. During this project I improved the performance of phononic crystals by applying topology optimization. In a short period of time I acquainted myself with new fields of research and a new research environment.

At DAF Trucks I worked on the department where camshafts are fabricated. I learned to work with powerful machinery and I experienced the different mindset between the higher level management and the executing floor personnel.
