Overseeing all facets of UNLTD Energy's exponential growth over three years to 2011, I developed successful tenders for Murdoch University and Perth Arena for their showcase solar arrays (the largest rooftop arrays in WA at that time), and in 2010 the successful tender for the exclusive partnership with WA's leading electricity retailer, Synergy, serving over 2 million Western Australians as their preferred solar provider. Sucessfully negotiated exclusive distribution rights with the world's No.1 solar panel and inverter manufacturers to drive position, value and growth; Scoped and implemented the company’s ERP and QA systems. Managed organic growth of UNLTD Energy from zero to $30M revenue and $4M EBIT (growing to a team of 100+ staff and contractors) in the 3 years to 2011, culminating in the company receiving a national top 10 award in the BRW Fast 100 (no.1 in WA). I oversaw the appointment of the company's first Exec Team and a private equity firm to take the business through its next growth phase, prior to my exit.

I managed Business Development across a number of Amcom's business units.I successfully managed merger and integration of 3 ISP's and two Data Centre acquisitions over four years to 2008, and oversaw commercial reviews to achieve a four-fold increase in these business units' earnings over this period. In 2015 Amcom Telecommunications (by then a $500M market cap company) was acquired by Vocus (a $600M market cap company at that time), which was in turn acquired by M2 Group in 2016. The consolidated entity would become the third largest telecommunications company in Australia/New Zealand.

I also developed two innovative and unique broadband service offerings connecting education resources for students which were subsequently awarded WAITTA (now INCITE) industry awards for innovation in 2003.Amnet's Internet and Data Centre business grew exponentially over this time, and the assets of this business unit were subsequently acquired by Amcom/Vocus Telecommunications in 2003.
