As a business developer at the Digitalization and IT department, I work together with our administrations in projects, assignments and preparations. I will be the first contact with the business when they need help with requirements collection and needs analysis from a digitalization perspective and to get progress on various technical issues in the dialogue with system administrators and IT operations.

As an IT Project Manager at the Digitization and IT department, I have the responsibility to plan, lead and budget both internal and external IT projects of different sizes. I also participated in many procurements as a reference person and technical expertise. Among the larger projects was to develop a plan for how we would run our IOT strategy. Another project I was responsible for was to replace Audio / video in 4 larger conference rooms and a server room for advanced A / V, the project had a budget of 2mk.

Mölndals Stad

I was responsible for sixteen colleagues in an IT operating unit, accountable for budgeting, recruitment, and staff. The unit's mission consisted of managing the municipal IT operation and the goal of delivering the best possible IT platform for our 6,000 users in terms of operational security and cost-effectiveness. As unit manager, our operational organization is developed and made more efficient both in terms of reduced administration, increased level of service and expanded service range of the unit. As a result, it went from acting reactively to working preventively proactively.

I was responsible to develop new IT services, feasibility studies, planning, management control, monitoring of internal and external projects related to municipal IT Strategy.(Tactical/Operational).Also responsible for IT-changes, as change manager I was developing, designing and measuring SLAs to our customers.

My role was as consultant in technical IT projects to take care of feasibility studies, planning and management control and monitoring of projects There could be new installations of servers and client computers or implementing software in the form of SQL or Exchange. Geographically, there were customers in the entire western Sweden with a focus on Göteborg, Mölndal and Kungsbacka. As a technical sales support, I created an understandable dialogue between sellers and customers, and acted as a technical adviser when the technical issues needed to be answered.
