As a graphic designer at Connected Video/Showmax, working as part of the design and creative studio, I was responsible for a wide range of duties over and above the assigned design requirements. This included, but was not limited to, staying in contact with marketing material providers and sourcing relevant assets. Monitoring and maintaining assets created by other designers across all platforms. Training new designers on the required programs and processes as well as quality control.Design requirements -• Creation of designs across different media and platforms • Conceptualizing and ideation of promotions and campaigns for digital and print • Work closely with marketers to create strategies for acquisition, retention and social • Responsible for contribution towards reaching subscription targets • Social media content creation • Key art creation and maintenance • Website maintenance (design) • Online content (performance-, content- and social media marketing) • Out of Home advertising (billboards, flyers, activations, etc) • Responsible for sourcing artwork assets from studios and third parties
