Programming AppleTV Apps for TV and Radio written fully in Swift without external packages or dependencies for the National Broadcasting Company of Iceland. Written a TV app for broadcasting on Android TV in Java. Also writing back-end JSON API servers on Node in JavaScript, and Kitura in Swift. Fixing older apps written in obj-c and Java on iOS and Android.Recently finished a new web-app for playing TV in the browser, it uses redux for data and is built up of smaller reusable components written in JavaScript ES6 using functional methods and the new class methods, it is backwards compatible to IE 11. It is designed for multipurpose and is thus, used for radio, kids and young-adults web-apps also. These are shown below. Along with these new apps I use a Nodejs middle layer API's to respond quickly with Redis backend and reduce/massage the data from the API's. This increased the first load response of the web-apps from 4 - 6 sec. down to under 0.7 sec. The Nodejs servers are run in Rancher (Kubernetes) Docker environment and in most cases are responding within 1 ms, server to app response in 9 ms.Recently released a iOS and Android apps for users to enjoy tv and radio on their mobiles. The iOS version is written entirely in Swift without storyboards, with all ui in code.
