Assisted Battelle Memorial Institute’s Collaboration group in the development of custom SharePoint solutions. Taking parts of the Agile software development model, started the first SharePoint Development service offered at Battelle Memorial Institute. Many services included no-code solutions that were easier for the business user to understand, support, and maintain. Majority of the solutions included custom workflow and InfoPath solutions. Researched new technologies and capabilities with SharePoint to decide if Battelle would utilize the technologies.
