Scoby is an app, that combines Instagram Live and Clubhouse. It's designed to provide Members an opportunity to have meaningful conversations online with video and stream it to an unlimited amount of viewers.As a part of my Role, I was responsible for:- Delivering the Go to market strategy;- Setting up Google Ads campaigns;- Prioritizing upcoming features development based on market insights;- Communicating product vision to all teams;- Constantly searching for ways to make product better, etc.

- Independently managed 10 new web platforms' launches - Mobile app in Spontaneous social niche launched, 80k users gained in 3 month- Built numerous processes for higher effectiveness of the team: automated marketing reporting, a tool for automated A/B test results comparison, knowledge base.- Generated marketing and product hypothesizes to improve User experience and Product metrics;

- Helped European top spenders grow their business with new Google ads tools- Completed 2 projects, one aimed to improve customer experience with Google Ads and their advertising results, and the second one was focused on a smooth and effective team restructuring process. - Prepared and hosted a webinar for 1000+ beginner advertisers.

- Managed 150k in ad spend;- Launched Asian markets successfully (South Korea, Japan, China)
