• Qualifications analysis, screening and interviewing candidates on technical and soft skills in accordance with client’s requirements.
• Scheduling interview with clients, following up with the candidates.
• Performing reference checks.
• Building up the internal database of prospective candidates. Maintaining records on candidates, submissions, interviews, placements and other candidate’s remarks on an internal database.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports covering submission details.
