I have built and, since the beginning, manage the IT department of Lecturio GmbH. I have set up nearshore teams in several locations and established communication processes between them and a centrally located team of Product Owners. I have established Agile practices in my organisation. I have implemented Test-Driven style of development with Continuous Integration and automated, auto-scaling deployments on AWS. As part of my work I have designed and developed e-commerce systems, video processing and delivery, various AI based products, layered API topology, complex ACL content access management, automated server provisioning and other software solutions.I have experience in hybrid and native mobile development. Started the mobile product and built iOS and Android team that deliver hundreds of apps in the App & Play Store.My goal is to create a culture of co-creation and continuous improvement in my teams.
