• Analysed strategic milestones and costs to build a 5 year model that defined the potential operating costs for a new platform based business on Cloud for a leading telecommunications client.
• Managed the development of a 5-year Cloud migration business case, evaluating the different business requirements and respective cost cases for a mining client based in Ghana.
• Trained and managed various team leads in 10 countries to facilitate change in operating model; securing an initial target headcount reduction of 50 roles and a further optimisation of 73 roles.
