The process maps were developed using design by first principles and global best practices.• Managed the development of over 250 business documents that provides detailed operational steps, ensures organization wide alignment and establishes governance structures across Renergen (Group), Tetra4 (Mining Company) and Cryo-Vacc (Manufacturing Company)• Developed the Cryo-Vacc business strategy and financial model by analysing the opportunity size and growth potential which resulted to the successful setup and operations of the business.

Selected Experience:• Led a stream of 3 consultants to realise the DevOps maturity for selected feature teams, upskill key stakeholders and create digital assets for a leading bank to scale DevOps practices.• Co-created the operating model with the client for a greenfield Cloud native mobile app-based business and led a team of 4 consultants to document the processes for the business to go live. • Analysed strategic milestones and costs to build a 5 year model that defined the potential operating costs for a new platform based business on Cloud for a leading telecommunications client.• Managed the development of a 5-year Cloud migration business case, evaluating the different business requirements and respective cost cases for a mining client based in Ghana.• Trained and managed various team leads in 10 countries to facilitate change in operating model; securing an initial target headcount reduction of 50 roles and a further optimisation of 73 roles.• Managed a team of 2 consultants on a report rationalisation project focused on all finance reports produced monthly for a telco across the holding company and 5 subsidiaries; identifying opportunities to cut 50% of total reports. • Collaborated with a third party and built a model to quantify monetary value generated from implementing IoT technology in more than 12000 telecommunications base stations in a period of 5 years.• Performed market analysis on a payment gateway company prevailing in rural South Africa to determine ability to accomplish strategic milestones as part of a due diligence (M&A) for an ICT company.
