With over decade of work experience in international business development, partnerships, and vendor management, I am a passionate and driven leader in the field of direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand outreach. I have a strong track record of launching and scaling D2C brands from India and the USA in South East Asia and the GCC market Online, leveraging my expertise in distributorships, business-to-business (B2B), and marketing. I currently work as the Head of D2C Brand Outreach at Sthani, a marketplace exclusively for new-age D2C brands that helps them get recognized for their story and product, rather than being commodities on the shelf. I am motivated by the mission of Sthani to take D2C brands global, starting with the UAE, and to help them get discovered easily by consumers who value quality, authenticity, and innovation.In my current role, I am responsible for identifying, sourcing, and signing D2C brands from various categories, such as beauty, personal care, fashion, and lifestyle, and creating value propositions and marketing plans for them. In addition, I manage the end-to-end process of setting the right & competitive retail selling price by setting up value chain (unit economics) after market research and competition with like for like products, inventory planning, and term sheet for each brand.
