Responsible for end-to-end development, delivery and support of Nokia’s market leading 4G/LTE Subscriber Database Management Solution (CMS 8200 HSS) used by about 200+ customers world-wide. Directed the development and market introduction of Diameter Routing Agent (DRA).

Led a team of Engineers, Architects and Engineering Managers in design, development and delivery of Nokia Home Subscriber Server (HSS) to Tier 1 Telecom customers in North America, Europe, Japan and Asia-Pacific. Oversaw all aspects of software development cost estimation, planning, software process customisation, project monitoring and staffing, configuration, maintenance and risk assessment.

Responsible for Development of 3G Small Cells. Defined the engagement and governance models and ensured that deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements. Recruited, nurtured and grew a high-performance team of 100+ System Architects, Engineers & Engineering Managers.

Led a team of System Architects and Engineers in the design, development and deployment of 3G Femto Cells. Directed setting up System Verification lab and pioneer deployment of 3G Femto cell in Europe.
