With over 10 years of experience in school business management, I am the Executive Director of Business Services and Operations at Mequon-Thiensville School District, where I oversee the financial, operational, and administrative functions of the district. I am responsible for developing and managing the annual budget, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, overseeing the facilities and transportation departments, and leading various improvement initiatives. I hold a School Business Manager License from the Department of Public Instruction, as well as certifications in Leadership Excellence and School Risk Management. I have also received a scholarship for emerging school business leaders in 2016. I have a strong background in finance, having worked as a Business Manager at Merton Community School District and a Finance Manager at West Bend School District, where I managed the accounting, payroll, auditing, and reporting processes. I have excellent skills in team building, leadership, and time management, which enable me to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, supervise and mentor staff, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
