Kubric is a creatives automation startup building tools for automating mundane creatives designing activities. The tool lets companies requiring 1000s of variations of similar creatives achieve that in bulk instead of designing individual assets- Did market and user research on new product initiatives- Launched a Shopify app for Shopify store owners to automate offer badges. The app performed well with highly positive reviews.- Analyzed customer support threads & presented valuable insights to improve the recurring problems. Setup a new optimized CS playbook

Vicara is a hardware technology company pioneering in designing interface devices for the future of digital interaction. We develop immersive technologies and solutions that augment the capability of humans to work with their real and digital surroundings. As a founding team member and Head of Experience, I started working with Vicara from my 3rd year of college. I handled all user endpoints & branding in Vicara. I handled a diverse set of roles which included product & market research, Ui Ux, branding, customer support, business development, and sales.- Product Research: Worked closely with both tech and business teams to conceptualize, research and create products and technology roadmaps. I have an end to end experience from conceptualizing products to creating and selling them.- UI UX: Lead the creation of all software offerings in Vicara. I handled the Ui Ux of Website, Store, Mobile Apps, and Softwares from ideation to the final product. - Branding: Created Vicara's brand language. I designed the logo, created brand assets and handled anything design that came across.- Pitches: I'm a storyteller. I have created engaging pitch decks that have won international events and closed investments.- Crowdfunding & Product Launch: I was the campaign manager for Vicara's first product's crowdfunding campaign. The campaign was a wild success and we raised $110,000+ with a very limited budget.- Customer Support: I set up and managed the support endpoints of Vicara. The support had above 95% positive response and a less than >30s response time for most requests.- Business Development: I brought and created strong relationships with multiple marquee clients including the likes of EY and StarSports. We have and are continuing to co-create innovative use cases with these clients.- Networking: I have attended numerous international and national conferences such as Rise'19 (HK) & brought in multiple clients and partners.
