Alignment between Business and the IT solution is critical for every solution's success. Business-IT alignment implemented with a smart Agile Architecture, highly productive and collaboration organizations are key in my opinion.I have about 22 years in integration and web based solutions based on Java, Open Source and .NET therefore I have a broad perspective on the technical challenges integrating, maintaining and developing integration and web-based software solutions. I've led development teams from 4 - 40 persons.As an Agile/ Lean enthusiast I am an expert in applied Agile software development, I've performed all kinds of projects using these techniques, projects from man-months to man-years of development work. I have a huge toolbox to use; from Scrum to Kanban and from Extreme Programming to extending legacy systems. For each project and environment I decide which tools I need. On the perspective of the development I have a strong focus on delivering quality software using tools from the software craftmanship movement, my academic background and I am a strong believer in Continuous Delivery and the DevOps movement.Specialties: Integration solutions, architecture, code quality, leading development teams and customers.
