I joined the Foundation team in 2016 as CEO. During my leadership, the Foundation has tripled the amount of financial support from 1 million USD to 3 million USD and became the most prominent crowdfunded foundation in Ukraine. In 2020 I changed my role to director of strategic partnerships, focusing my efforts on major donors, capital campaigns, and special fundraising projects. Together with the team, I implemented the largest in the country all-Ukrainian fundraising a campaign involving retail consumers. 5 million out of 40 million country's population participated in the campaign. It became annual and tripled in success in the second year.My background is in risk management and CSR, before joining Tabletochki foundation I worked in Deloitte Ukraine for 12 years. I also provide consulting services for NGOs on organizations' capacity building, strategy, and fundraising development.
