As a first point of contact, I provide excellent customer service experience to every customer that comes into the branch. I listen to the client's needs, I process their requests quickly, professionally and accurately, and I also suggest other products and services to match their currently financial needs. I am responsible for cash management in different currencies throughout the day and balancing them at the end of each shift. I research, purchase manage office supplies for the entire branch as well as arrange for servicing of office equipment when needed. I need to use various computer software programs and data bases to record, maintain and retrieve data for various reasons. Protecting my client's privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Head ECE in School Age room taking care of children between 6 - 12 years but also assisting in other rooms daily with children ranging from 30 months - 6 years old. Program planning and implementation in the developmental areas of gross and fine motor, cognitive skills, math/science/creative art, sensory activities, and dramatic play. I was responsible for creating monthly newsletters and program calendars outlining monthly activities to parents. During Summer months, I would create Summer Camp information packages including weekly calendars, permission forms and outlines of daily activities. I utilized and maintained a communication log with staff members that was updated multiple times a day.

As a long term employee of HMV, I was responsible for handling cash, stocking shelves, maintaining sections including CD's, Movies, T-Shirts, Posters, and Electronics, and responding to customer inquiries in person and over the phone. I would also receive merchandise, send back returns to the manufacturers, organize defects and claimed items, plan and organize merchandise displays, and update weekly planogram merchandise displays. I was considered a Store Key Holder which was responsible for returning customer purchases, price changes, computer overrides, opening/closing of the store, and leading and assisting in training new employees.
