Warehouse.• Arranging all logistic issues, incoming, outgoing and 3rd party storage.• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.• Plan the use of human resources. Monitor and evaluate performance.• Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in warehousing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.• Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.• Customer Service - Manage customer support. Support sales and keeping in contact with suppliers and clients about delivery schedules• Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.• Implementing and maintaining all ISO22000 and AEO Regulations and preparing for re-assessments.• Ensuring all order documentation and certificates required by the customers are administrated in a correct and timely manner.• Engenders a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, effectively manages the Business Support Unit and develops, motivates and trains the reporting staff;• Understanding all current and changes in legislation relating to Customs, warehousing and logistics, and implementing as appropriate.

• Understanding all current and changes in legislation relating to Customs, warehousing and logistics, and implementing as appropriate.• Implementing and maintaining all ISO22000 and AEO Regulations and preparing for re-assessments.• Ensuring all order documentation and certificates required by the customers are administrated in a correct and timely manner.• Oversees the warehousing and logistics operations to ensure safe and legal working practices are fully maintained and stock is correctly and securely stored and handled.• Renting out warehouse storage space and facilities. • Engenders a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, effectively manages the Business Support Unit and develops, motivates and trains the reporting staff;• Working with the sales team to improve the services provided and to enhance the experience of trading with Vladex to customers and suppliers;.

- Keeping in contact with clients, giving them advice on delivery schedules and which certificates they possibly need.- Arranging certificates and customs documents for all orders.- Problem solving, when clients have a problem with a delivery, order or questions about a future order, 24/7.- After sales service, providing clients with extensive service after their order is loaded, in transit or delivered.- Planning transport for containers as well as planning road transport.- Keeping all certifications (ISO, AEO etc...) up to date and looking for new ways to improve our service to all clients.- Making sure all custom documents are correct and all documents are cleared on time.- Order processing, putting orders in our system and arrange all from purchasing till the order leaves our premises.

Giving assistance to sellers by:- Filling in orders- Ordering goods- Apply for certificates.
