Short term assignment to develop critical projects in both APM Terminal sites in Mexico, Lazaro Cardenas in the pacific coast and Yucatán in the Caribbean

Main Functions -Facilities management (buildings and infrastructure, common areas, roads) -Service management (transportation, car fleet, maintenance, cafeteria, cleaning) -Procurement and contract management -Budget management Achievements -Successfully plan and lead the construction of the startup offices (temporary camp) -Set contracts with external suppliers to guarantee fast response times and quality services -Creating effective and efficient maintenance, cleaning, transportation and supplies routines -Creation of KPI and control dashboards to manage services and expenses

Main Functions: -Facilities management (maintenance, security, alarms, insurances) -Enviroment, Health and Safety coordinator -Manage contracts with landlord and with external suppliers -Continuous improvement projectsAchievements: -Improve cleaning and maintenance response time by almost 50% -Organize all facility related areas into one single unit -Lead the expansion of two operative areas -Creation of KPI and control indicators for facilities

Main Functions: -Product transfer from outside Costa Rica -Process design and process improvement -Design and improvement of production lines and workstations -Production SupervisorAchievements: -Design, set up and start operations of 8 production areas -More than 10 succesfully implementend 6 sigma projects -Developing trainigns in 6 sigma methogologies for all associates -Improving facilities and equipment according to production needs
