• PhD in Physics, MSc in Computer Science & Mathematics• 1st prize winner in a Data Science competition• Industrial experience as a Software Engineer• Developed new modeling techniques and implemented experimental algorithms in a variety ofprogramming languages (Python, Spark, MATLAB, R, C/C++, Java)• Experienced Industry Consultant: regular participant and leader of mathematical problem-solvingworkshops with industrial partners (e.g., Dell, Tesco, Intel)• Strong publication and international conference presentation record, excellent communication skills• Excellence awards and funded grant applications (total value over $300,000)My academic background is in Computer Science & Mathematics, and I gained industrial experience as a Software Engineer before starting a PhD. After completing my PhD in Physics, I chose to undertake post-doctoral research in the interdisciplinary field of Network Science where my skills and experience would be highly valuable.
