- Oversee all aspects of the Data Centre life cycle starting with the design, construction, and maintenance of Data Centre BIM models.- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Basis of Design (BOD) models and BOD Documentation.- Ensure BIM models meet AWS standards and are in compliance with the Exchange Information Requirements (EIR).- Work with consultants, vendors, suppliers, construction teams to coordinate and maintain BIM models throughout the build process.- Review consultant BIM documentation, coordinate output formats, and validate data quality.- Develop and track asset information within the models.- Work on concurrent projects in multiple geographical locations.

Due to a complex and fragmented Building Life-Cycle, the operational phase of the building is where the excess of energy use is more evident. Very often building managers, whom are one of the final stakeholders in the life-cycle, face the challenge of having to operate a building in the absence of appropriate information about how the building should function. This problem is a key if not the most important reason why buildings operate inefficiently and tend to consume excessive amounts of energy. Onsite contract with Fingleton White. Gatepower is a 15MWe CHP (Combined Heat and Power) plant that supplies all of the Breweries heat and electricity demand. The plant incorporates gas turbines, waste heat boilers, air compressors, water treatment, and others equipment. While on duty I was responsible for:- Analyse, diagnose and perform corrective action in response to SCADA alarms- Perform routine and non-routine operations & maintenance work

Mascarello is one of the largest manufacturers of heavy buses and coaches in Brazil. During the trainee period I was responsible to elaborate, issue and distribute work instructions and standard operating procedures for specific problems in each case of defect (corrective maintenance); monitor work orders to ensure problems are properly resolved and responded in a timely manner. In addition of the primary role, I was in charge of prepare, edit and update 2D and 3D CAD models for production, and interact with project managers as well supply, quality control and production engineering departments.

Anjovision is a medium company which works in association with Latin America Logistics, one of the largest independent provider of logistic services. Together with a team of engineers we developed a system for detection of train derailments and wireless railway signal control. The group had end-to-end responsibility for a project from conception through production. The tasks included: check product performance by designing and conducting tests; maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinate activities and resolve problems; prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
