Responsibilities Leading a System Engineering Group, an interface between various development centers (located in India,China, Europe and America regions) and Sales unit in Japan. Development of Virtual manufacturing systems for offline programing of CNC machines which can reducesetup time in real shop floor. Lead product teams in adopting Agile / Scrum methodology Develop manufacturing tools leveraging Industry 4.0 solutions Synchronising Amada’s CAD, CAM and virtual prototyping simulation systems with major PLM platformslike Teamcenter SAP Windchill Authoring Functional Specifications and contributing to the System Design of the new product(s) Collecting User Requirements Specifications (URS) and translating them into Requirements Specifications(SRS) Plan delivery schedule and project milestones Communicate directly with clients on timelines, process & deliverable Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong businessrelationship Providing technology leadership to the team and ensuring quality of the release Designing, implementing and administering systems/mechanisms for easy tracking of defects Improving product quality and identifying the features to be automated Participating in the Product demos, Beta installations, Customer training/Support scenarios Major Responsibilities include: Preparing Project plan Documenting business rules Costing & Scheduling Management Team Management Delivery management Co-ordination with the on-site teams for resolving the issues/concerns

 Active team member during the development of the Speed Frame LFS-1660. It consisted of Head Stock, Longitudinal Section, Filter Box and Creel using IDEAS Played a major role in the preparation of Instruction manual and Spare Parts manual for Speed Frame LFS 1660 machine Successfully managed the design modification as per the requirements of marketing, sales and other departments for the existing models of Speed Frame

 Active shift In-charge of the Utility Department and Captive power plant In-charge of preventive and shut-down maintenance of Boilers, Compressors, Heavy Duty Pumps, Cooling Towers and Captive Power Plant Managed and raised purchase order, followed-up and maintained the inventory of the critical spares
